This is a fully-furnished one bedroom apartment in Harlem, New York. Located near the intersection of 128th Street and 7th Avenue, it is on the 3rd floor (which is considered the 2nd floor by Europeans) of a four-story prewar walk-up townhouse.
A modernly accessorized living room combines the youthful exuberance of bright green walls with the classic charm of a decorative fireplace. Atop hard wood flooring, a full-sized beige sofa bed faces a flat-screen cable television. A bistro style glass table with four stools accommodates meal space, and extensive closet space allows for item storage. For easy ventilation and fresh air, there are three double-glazed windows that overlook a backyard area, away from the street.
The kitchen and private bathroom separate the living room from the bedroom. In the tiled kitchen, there are stainless steel appliances against a pretty blue backsplash, and an interior window connecting it to the living room for easy communication.
The bedroom is classically embellished, it includes a small dangling chandelier and second decorative fireplace. There are also three windows in this room, looking towards the charming townhouses across the street.
