The apartment is excellent. It is fully renovated and everything works perfectly. It is clean and the location is excellent. The neighborhood is very entertaining, it has many restaurants with reasonable prices and it is very close to Central Park. I would definitely recommend this place. The owner is very reliable and diligent. One day we didn't have hot water in the building and the problem was solved in less than two hours after contacting him. Sometimes it was a bit noisy, but I think it's one of the trade-offs of living in a wonderful city like New York. |
