Great apartment on the Upper East Side. This is the perfect place for 1 or 2 people to stay and visit NYC. Close to the Subway, Central Park and lots of grocery stores and restaurants. It is exactly as shown in the pictures and the managers are very helpful. The owner is great! |

This apartment was quirky and endearing with most things that a single occupier would need. Only one criticism - the lack of laundry facilities was inconvenient as washing had to be done off site and was expensive! I was able to add my own touches to the apartment so that I felt truly at home - coming from the UK and being away from loved ones for nine months, this was important to me. Communal areas were always presentable and were cleaned regularly. The superintendents of the building were fabulous! They were always helpful and dealt with any issues quickly. The apartment condition was a little tired but I am aware that the time between the last tenant vacating and me moving in was a a matter of days so freshening it up was not possible. |
