The location was very good. Everything was convenient and Wilson (the person who takes care of the building) was helpful. My 2 complaint would be the heater and WiFi. I was cold most of the time. Wilson told me it's automatic but I think they need to adjust it somehow. It was more off than on during winter. Also, the WiFi got disconnected a lot when connecting to laptop but it was ok with iPad and phones. The rent was acceptable, may be a little too high considering the condition of the building. My room was close to the front door so i heard people coming in/out and up/down the stairs all the time. |
