This is a model room. It reflects both the quality and the style of the rooms we offer at this location. The individual rooms are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.
These compact rooms to rent are situated in a 5-story pre-war walk-up building on Manhattan's Upper West Side. A part-time front-desk attendant is available to answer questions and provide menus and recommendations. On both the 2nd and 5th floors, you will find a communal kitchen that is shared amongst the residents of the building, equipped with an oven with stovetop, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a sink.
Within the small private room for rent, there is a single size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is no kitchen within the room; however there is a microwave that you can use to warm up soups or frozen foods and a mini-fridge to store food items. For more extensive meals, you may cook in one of the shared kitchens (2nd and 5th floors).
These hotel-like rooms are located on Central Park West and 103rd Street, just down the street from New York's most iconic park, great for jogs and strolls! Check out the reservoir or watch a softball game on the nearby athletic fields. Near the entrance to the park, there is also conveniently a subway station, literally less than a block away (110m). This train serves the B and C lines, which run up and down the West Side of Manhattan and through the Financial District (C train) and the Lower East Side (B train) to Brooklyn. You also have the option of taking the 1 train at Broadway and 103rd Street (.4 mi/700m from the building).
Please note that due to its location, some noise can be heard in the apartment at times.

The apartment rated high in the value-for-money category. I do suggest, though, that either heat from the furnace be distributed to the bathroom or that the apartment be given a space heater immediately when the cold months of the year begin. |

Thank you for your honest review, we will be checking all apartments again and looking into the cold spots for the winter and taking care of this problem. |
