Imagine living in one of the prime areas of Brooklyn. This two-bedroom apartment is located at the corner of Lenox Rd and Nostrand Ave in the neighborhood of East Flatbush in Brooklyn. This apartment is located less than a mile (around 1.6 km) away from Prospect Park.
Located right on the border of where East Flatbush meets Prospect Lefferts Gardens, you have two neighborhoods right at your disposal. This apartment has a prime location near the subway station but also near Prospect Park. This apartment is located on the 7th floor of the building (6th floor in European). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and an oven with a four-burner stove. In the bedroom, you have a full furnished contemporary room with a full-size bed, an A/C, TV, and a window. In the corner of the bedroom, you will also find sliding door closet space, while in the opposite corner you will find a desk, for any work from home situation. The bathroom comes with a tub-shower, water closet, sink, and double cabinetry for extra space to stow away your toiletries. Excluding the kitchen and the bathroom, the whole apartment is covered in hardwood floors, and the building has an elevator. Please note that the living room is the owner's working space and is not available to tenants.
Right on the corner of where Prospect Lefferts Gardens meets East Flatbush, you have endless exploration at your disposal. Brooklyn is classic New York. You can find anything your heart desires; from amazing restaurants, to great views of Manhattan, classic New York townhouses, to boutiques and antique stores, Brooklyn has an artistic vibe attached to it. Just a 15-minute walk (0.9 miles / 1.4 km) you enter Brooklyn’s Prospect Park, Brooklyn’s version of what Central Park is to Manhattan. North of Prospect Park you have the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Just two blocks away, you have the Winthrop subway station, giving you access to lines 2 and 5. From there, New York City is at your fingertips. You can take the train and walk the Brooklyn Promenade, and enjoy lunch or dinner with a view, or even a coffee on the go. You can choose to walk on either the Brooklyn, Manhattan or Williamsburg Bridge and cross over to the city of New York. But, ideally, a stroll in the neighborhood is what it is all about in Brooklyn.
Please note there must be at least a two week notice before arrival.
