This three bedroom apartment share is located on the 3rd floor of a prewar building at 143rd Street and Amsterdam Avenue. This room for rent accommodation, situated in the heart of the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, New York, has an elevator and security system for your convenience.
When you enter the apartment you will find yourself in the hallway with the bathroom on your right side and the first occupied bedroom next to it. On the opposite side you will find the second bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and TV. Next to this bedroom is the open living room that features a piano and sofa. The living area opens up to a dining and office space. The open kitchen is equipped with the basic appliances and has a window for natural sunlight. Next to the kitchen you will find the third bedroom which is furnished with a single bed, closet and an en-suite half bathroom. All rooms have windows and hardwood floors.
Note: Bedroom 1 is occupied by the owner.
Hamilton Heights is a beautiful historic area on the west side of Harlem, Manhattan. It is full of historic brownstone buildings and many students live in this area which is conveniently located near City College (3 blocks away) and not far from Columbia University (12 blocks away) as well. Around the corner of this apartment to share is Broadway where there are many stores, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and much more. The riverbank state park (2 blocks away) with pool, soccer field etc. offers beautiful views. The closest subway is on 145 Street (2 blocks away) and runs the 1 line which will take you all the way down to the South Ferry which runs to Staten Island or further up in Harlem.
