I really enjoyed my stay here up until the end. The owner is wonderful, and the room was huge. It was so nice also having my own bathroom. It was walking distance to the subway and grocery store, and having laundry in the basement was very convenient. I got to know some of the neighbors and building staff while I was there. I ended up leaving because the street outside my window became too noisy in the summer. If you're used to loud music in the middle of the night, then you'll be fine, but if you're an early sleeper, it might be a little difficult. This only happened during the summer months though. Everything else was perfect. Oh, also note that there is not any ac in the bedroom. |

Very well-located apartment, close to Columbia campus and several subway lines. Quiet area in Manhattan, next to Hudson River... Of course, the main strength of this rental is the landlady who is very nice and welcoming. She almost treated me like a family member. Very clean apartment, building is well-maintained and supervised by doormen at all times. |

I love my apartment! My roommate is great, and my agent Danielle was so helpful when I was trying to find an apartment from out of state. I will use New York Habitat in the future and recommend to friends all the time. Thanks for being a great company! |
