Located on Rue Chapon between Rue Du Temple and Rue Beaubourg, this apartment is situated near the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, with its diverse art galleries. This street is very close to the Les Halles Mall and within walking distance to the Louvre, the adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden and the Seine River with its unique islands, Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis.

This 58m² (approx. 625 sq. ft.) furnished apartment is situated on the first floor (2nd in the USA) of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a hall with a second door protected by an intercom.
