The proprietors we're absolutely lovely, accommodating and helpful in all regards from before the rental to after the rental. The apartment is better than advertised and the proprietors as well. Situated in the best part of Paris, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone, whether looking for a weekend getaway or something longer term. |

The towels, the pillows and the mattress need to be replaced. The acoustic is impossible, there's a school. The building needs at least a new coat of paint and then maybe the price would match the service. |

Thank you for your review and above all for choosing our apartment for your stay in Paris. Your comments help us optimize the apartment and we have just decided to change the house linen and the bed base. Please be aware there has just been a vote for the building facade restoration during the last meeting, so the building will be repainted soon. |
