The Marais is one of the Paris' neighborhoods still having preserved almost all of its pre-Revolutionary architecture.
In the vicinity of this street are the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, the large 'Les Halles' Mall, and the well-known pedestrian rue des Gravilliers. In this residential and Commercial Street, you will find nice greengrocers, fishmongers, and gorgeous restaurants and cafes. A little further away is the royal Place des Vosges, a must-see location, place of residence of many historic personalities where there are number of well-known museums. Most of the main points of interest such as the Louvre Museum, the City Hall, and the Seine River with its enchanting islands are in a fair walking distance.

This 26m² (approx. 275 sq. ft.) alcove studio is located on the second floor of a 20th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens to a corridor. At the end is the staircase on the left and the elevator on the right.
The main room is accessible from a corridor with the bathroom and toilette on one side and the bedroom area on the other. It has a parquet floor and double-glazed windows with curtains that overlook a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a double sofa bed, a desk, a dining table with two chairs, drawers, stools and a coffee table. It is also equipped with cable TV and a DVD player. There is also a built-in closet.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. A bar serves as a worktop for cooking.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin, a toilette.
The toilette is separate from the shower room.
