Situated in the midst of the historic neighborhood, Le Marais, this charming, furnished apartment will transport you to another time. On the 5th (6th American equivalent) story of an 18th-century walk-up building, this cozy 20m2 (215sqft) studio will make you savor your time in Paris.
Open the front door and walk across the unique chevron-patterned, hardwood floors and find the far wall lined with large windows, exposing you to the architectural essence of this quaint neighborhood. The white walls are softened by the rustic, wooden furniture and simple décor. There is a large, antique armoire equipped with shelving and clothes rack to store your things. The open floor plan of this apartment allows you to maximize the space and feel at home whether you’re whipping something up on the vitro-ceramic stove top or watching TV from the sofa bed. The all-white bathroom is modernly decorated and efficient, complete with a washer for your laundry needs.
Explore the 3rd arrondissement and wander to the city center (approx. 1.4km/.9mi on foot) to see Parisian hotspots like the Cathedral Notre-Dame, the Seine, and Pont Neuf.
When you’re ready to get back to reality, Saint-Sebastien du Froissart and Filles du Calvaire (both metro line 8) are a mere 350m(.2mi) away from your front door; but with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby, we wouldn’t blame you if you decided to stay tucked away in this storybook neighborhood!

Cute apartment in a great location in Le Marais just 1/2 mi from the Seine. Small space but everything you need for 1 person to live comfortably. Love all of the natural light and view of Paris rooftops. |

Pictures are very, very , very deceiving. I travel a lot ...so I always keep my expectations low. Pictures hide a multitude of sins. Size did not bother me at all...I knew it would be small..but he has |

We had a great experience in Paris this summer. The apartment, although very small, was comfortable (fortunately it was a cool summer), clean, and well equipped (except for the 2 chairs at the dining table). The windows have a nice southern exposure, and I imagine the apartment could become quite hot if the summer was warmer than what we had. |
