The river and the Marais neighborhood are about 20 minutes away and a 10-minute walk to the East brings you to the historic and peaceful Père Lachaise cemetery. There are several colorful street markets located a short stroll from the door, as well as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, galleries, jazz clubs, etc. Banks and the post office are all nearby.

Premises:

This 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) studio apartment with a southwestern exposure is located on the first floor (second in the USA) of a 19th century walk-up building. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate. It opens onto a courtyard, which leads to a second gate protected by an intercom.

The entrance door opens into a corridor; to the left is the bathroom with a toilet and then the living room and the open kitchen.

The 21m² (approx. 225 sq. ft.) living room has two windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a bedside table, a dining table with four matching chairs, a desk, two closets, an ADSL Internet connection, a vacuum cleaner and a console with a cable TV, a stereo and a combo VCR/DVD player.
