This 42m² (450 sqf) one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor (4th American floor) of a 6-story building with an elevator in the Gambetta Pere Lachaise area of Paris, found in the 11th arrondissement. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and it opens into a hall leading to another door with an intercom. The apartment has a northern exposure and overlooks a little courtyard.

Upon entering the apartment, the living room and bedroom beyond it are situated to your left. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) living area has a sliding, double-glazed French windows, extending almost to the ceiling to allow in plenty of light, with rolling shutters for privacy. The room is furnished with a double-size sofa bed and a wall-mounted flat screen television with cable and a DVD player. The 7m² (approx. 75 sq. ft.) bedroom is separated from the living room by two Japanese-style sliding doors and is furnished with a double-size bed and offers storage shelves hidden behind the far sliding wall panel. It also has a large window looking right over the courtyard.
