The apartment and its location were both wonderful. It's a very real Parisian neighbourhood which I appreciated immensely. The owner was also a pleasure to communicate with and did everything to ensure that our stay was the best it could be. |

The owner did not send the caution immediately after returning home. I waited about 2 months. |

Thank you for your review, Hannah. I do my best to make sure that the apartment is up to standards before each new rental, though evidently there were some issues with the cleaning before your stay. I am sending you a check in the mail to refund your cleaning fee. In the future I assure you that I'll double check that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and will check with renters following their arrival to be sure that they are satisfied. |

Excellent communication with the landlady despite the distance, a plumbing issue was quickly dealt with during the stay. The on-site representative is nice and helpful. |

We were very happy and satisfied with the apartment. Maybe the only thing is that the shower is too small, but we were fully satisfied with everything else. |

The apartment is ideal for 1-2 people, the kitchen is small but adequate. The location is excellent with 2 main subway lines a 5 min. walk away. There were also 2 supermarkets, 3 drugstores, fruit-stores and banks nearby. |
