Apartment was furnished with Ikea quality furniture. Kitchen appliances all worked but we were advised not to dry our clothes in dryer as it was expensive to run and we were charged for electricity. Dishes and cups were old, unmatched, and some chipped. The wooden floors were cracked and broken at the entry and in kitchen and need repair. Living room rug was old and worn. Ceiling was blistered and stained over the shower. Bed was small and a single mattress over a wooden frame. One couch in living room was the only comfortable seating. The internet was fast and reliable. The owner was very responsive to questions, helped us call a taxi on last day. Overall, we felt the apartment needed renovation but was inexpensive by Paris standards. |
