This alcove studio apartment is located in lively neighborhood of Le Marais in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. Although the area itself is animated, you will be on a calm, quiet street. The rental is on the ground floor of a 4-story walk-up building (equivalent to the American 5-story) with a coded entry system and concierge services.

The living area of the 14-m² (150 sqf) apartment is lined with hardwood flooring and receives natural light through the two large windows. There is plenty to do and see in Le Marais, which is located on the right bank of the Seine River and known as the ‘aristocratic district’ of Paris. The City of Lights is very culturally rich, so take advantage of the apartment’s great location and visit many of the nearby museums.
