Located on the right bank of the Seine River, this vacation rental is steps from the Place de Wagram - Ternes in 17th arrondissement of Paris. The studio is on the 6th and top floor of a 1950’s elevator building with a coded security system and concierge at the entrance. You’ll have access to the lovely courtyard, a peaceful setting with many potted plants.
The 12m² (approx. 129 sq ft) accommodation features parquet floors and high ceilings, and it is decorated in a contemporary style. There is a window overlooking a monument and a skylight that brightens the room. The living area is furnished with a double sofa bed and a small wooden dining table for two. The kitchenette has a grey countertop that matches the tiles along its floors and walls. It has white cabinetry and is equipped with a sink, mini-fridge, and a 2-burner cooktop. Additionally, there is a microwave, coffee maker and toaster, as well as basic utensils. While this open living space also contains a shower cabin with see-through glass doors, the toilet and washbasin are in a separate room in the common hallway (as you exit the studio). Therefore please take note of the limited privacy.
Situated on Avenue de Wagram & Rue Margueritte, within close proximity of the Place de Wagram - Ternes, this vacation rental provides easy access to public transportation. The two closest subway stations are Ternes (280 meters / approx. 0.1 miles) and Courcelles (350 meters / approx. 0.2 miles), which are both on Métro line 2. Head south on Avenue de Wagram, a pleasant tree-lined thoroughfare, to the Place Charles-de-Gaulle (800 meters / approx. 0.5 miles), which is site of the famous Arc de Triomphe. From here, you can walk along the Avenue des Champs Elysées—“the most beautiful avenue in the world”—where you can shop at luxury boutiques and specialty shops, catch a movie at one of the cinemas, and grab a bite at any of the numerous cafés. During your stay in Paris, enjoy a day outdoors and visit the Square des Batignolles, which situated less than 2km (approx. 1.2 miles) from the rental. It is the largest park in the 17th arrondissement and its landscape is designed in an English-garden style, featuring a remarkable variety of trees and shrubs along its wandering paths and lawns. This green space is great for a family outing, as it has playgrounds (for both children and adults), ping-pong tables, and a charming old-fashioned carousel with wooden horses.
