Although the apartment is small, it is great and has everything you need. The balcony is perfect.

Very nice apartment. Small but very cosy and equipped in all necessary things. The balcony is a huge plus (for those who don't know: having a balcony in Paris is a luxury). The view is to the West so every evening you can watch beautiful sunsets. The owners are very nice and helpful whenever needed. I strongly recommend this apartment.

Very pleasant and well-equipped apartment. It is bright and well-appointed. Nice view of the Défense area. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Owners are always available if needed and very responsive. They really care about your well-being.

The apartment was relatively small indeed, but very nicely furnished, very light and comfortable. All the appliances needed in a household were available. Yet the apartment was still very expensive for the size it was. In my opinion, it should be cheaper to be good value for money.

Lena, thank you for your comment, we also enjoyed having you in the studio, a perfect renter. I read your comments and I thank you for them.

As regards the rent, it's all about comparing it with what there is in Paris, in the same neighborhood and with the same level of comfort and safety. Other studios on the same floor level are the same price and I don't find them as nice.
