This two bedroom duplex apartment is situated in the heart of Paris’s bustling Latin Quarter in the 5th arrondissement. The furnished rental is on the intersection of Rue de la Clef and Rue Censier on the ground floor and the first of a 5 story building.
This apartment disposes of simple and modern décor. Upon entering the living room, you will notice large windows that open onto the terrace, illuminating the space. Thanks to the lack of walls, this area of the apartment is open, luminous and extremely spacious. There is a large L couch, table and television that comprise the living room. From the living room, you can view the kitchen which is cornered off by a kitchen bar. There are three stools that complete a breakfast bar as well.
Inside the kitchen, you will find that you are pleasantly surprised thanks to modern kitchen appliances alongside plenty of room for storage. There is an oven, a stove with four burners, a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, a toaster and a microwave. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a beautiful dining table with room for six people. This side of the apartment also opens up to a second terrace, giving the ground floor double light exposure.
The top floor is home to the master bedroom, with a king size bed and a triangular window that looks onto the terrace below. Outside of the master bedroom, there is a smaller area that is illuminated by a skylight. Underneath it, there are two chairs that convert into single sized beds. Across the hall, you will find a second bedroom which also features two twin size beds. The apartment has a total of three bathrooms: one with a shower, bathtub, sink, and washing machine; one with a toilet; and finally a WC with a toilet and sink on the ground floor.
This apartment is truly a catch not only for its unique interior architecture, but also for its location:
From the apartment, you have access to the Censier Daubenton metro stop 0.2mi/210m away, where you can take line 7. Similarly, the Saint Marcel metro station is 0.5mi/850m away, where you can access line 5.
