This furnished studio apartment in Auteuil is a 45 m2 (around 485-square-foot) space. The rental is inside an 8-floor building with an elevator, concierge (i.e. caretaker), and a terrace. The building sits between Rue Raffet and Rue de la Source in Paris, France.

This is also one of the most famous monuments in Paris, built to commemorate Napoleon’s victories. If you would rather visit natural scenery, you can enjoy Bois de Boulogne park just 1 km from the apartment (or around 0.7 miles). This huge park is the second largest in Paris, and is home to lakes, nature trails, and botanical gardens where you can go biking, jogging, boat rowing, and even horseback riding.

To travel around the apartment area you can take the 9 line at either the Jasmin metro station (350 meters or around 0.2 miles from the apartment), Michel-Ange Auteuil (400 meters or around 0.2 miles), or the Ranelagh metro station (700 meters or around 0.4 miles).
