Paris Apartment - Studio in Trocadéro (PA-1650)

This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a 1980’s walk-up and well-maintained building in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and there are also an intercom and a concierge in the building.

The entry door opens directly onto the main living space with its small open kitchen. On the right hand-side of the entry door is a bathroom and toilet. Facing it is a separate closet. The living area has a window facing the courtyard and is decorated with a double sized sofa bed, shelves, a cable TV, and rolling shutters. The open kitchen - which can be closed if needed - is equipped with a microwave, two electric burners, a small fridge, a stainless sink, a coffee maker and a toaster and a small washing machine. The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a shower, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and an electric toilet (sanibroyeur).  Please note that the toilet is electric: Due to the European plumbing system in the building, the water closet cannot handle any items other than toilet paper. All other objects no matter how small (i.e., Q-tips, paper, hair, etc.) will clog up the drainage system.

The comfortable 18m2 studio apartment is located in a calm strictly residential street situated in one of the most selected areas of Paris, near the Trocadero Place (1km/0.7mi) and esplanade from where is the best view of the unique Tour Eiffel built more than 100 years ago on the beautiful Champs de Mars (1.7km/1mi). The majestic Arc de Triomphe (2.4km/1.5mi) placed in the middle of the famous Place de l’Etoile is in a short distance. It has a remarkable alignment with the Obelisk situated Place de la Concorde (3.4km/2.11mi), the Carrousel and the Pyramide du Louvre on one side, and the Arche de la Defense on the other side. In the vicinity diverse sorts of fashionable shops, fine restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of services are easily found as well as the Passy mall and a theater. The nearest metro stations are La Muette (line 9) (600m/0.4mi) and Passy (line 6) (550m/0.3mi).
