I found the apartment was very comfortable and the landlord very accommodating and fair. The price was very good, given the neighborhood it was in. The neighborhood itself is very nice, if a bit quiet. I would advise the apartment for somebody looking for a peaceful stay in Paris, maybe not for somebody looking to enjoy the nightlife. Otherwise, the location is well situated for a few nice tourist sites, and one can get into the center of town relatively quickly. The kitchen is well stocked, but the hot plates for cooking are a bit old and difficult to use. Otherwise, I had a very positive experience in this apartment. |
