Central location with easy access by metro everywhere. Great owners who were very responsive when their assistance was needed. Would consider recommending to friends and staying there again. |

Apartment overpriced. Apartment clustered. TV antiquated and did not function during the entire stay. Traveling up two floors on a narrow spiraling stair case . Warm owners, met us on arrival, explained more or less the things to know, Spoke to the owners by phone twice. Saw them once . Location very lively nY |

Hello, Following your remarks after your stay in my apartment from April 1 to April 19, 2019, here is my answer to the different points you mentioned. This is actually an old walk-up building but I think you were aware of this thanks to the description provided by New York Habitat. |

A light, comfortable, lovely apartment, with helpful, kind owners. It's well-situated for easy access to multiple metro lines, and the neighborhood is lively, with many options for eating out, or take out. The Eiffel Tower is visible from the bedroom window if one leans out just a bit. On Wednesday & Saturday, the market on the boulevard makes for enticing browsing / shopping. It was a pleasure to have such a pleasant place to stay. |

This was our second time in the apartment, and it was wonderful. Anne and Gilbert are wonderful people. We had some trouble with the outer door handle and Gilbert came right out to fix it. The apartment is in a great location. We will be back! |

This vacation rental is well located, in a spotless building, and well maintained and equipped. The landlady is very kind and generous. As for what could be improved: the apartment is small, so there is too much furniture. |

We spent a wonderful 10 days in this apartment. It is a short walk to the #4 metro line (and others) at Montparnasse and the #6 line is even closer at the Edgar Quinet stop. |

Very good location. Very bright. Kitchen is well equipped. Although it says there is no elevator, it is on the third floor with 98 steps up a very dangerous and steep staircase. |
Answer by: Accommodation Owner Jul 10 2012 |
There are 48 steps (not 98). There are engravings on the staircase walls, a nice carpet and a comfortable handrail. It is steep but not "very dangerous". |

After having stayed in hotels for the last fifteen years during our annual Christmas holiday in Paris, we decided to rent an apartment. Following our wonderful experience, hotels are to be forgotten. |

The location was good with a metro stop right out front (6 line) and a more useful metro line (4) within easy walking distance. There was a market right out in front of the building on Wednesday and Saturday-- not the greatest market in town, but useful to pick up some fresh produce. |

The apartment that we rented in Paris was all we could have hoped it would be. The description of the apartment was accurate, and the photographs were a true representation of what the apartment was like. |
