The landlord kept the apartment and building up to par. The landlord also tried to anticipate any needs and did her best to accommodate. |

My daughter and I spent a month in this apartment, very decent apartment, wonderful landlady, always ready to do you a favor, very kind, only have very fond memories. The apartment is in a very quiet location, quiet day and night ; we liked the subway 5 min away and the unobtrusive landlady. We hope to rent this apartment again on our next trip to New York. |
