The studio apartment is located in the Union Square area of New York City in a building constructed at the beginning of the 20th Century. The 5-story building is a walk-up (no elevator) and is situated on 3rd Avenue at 14th Street. It is situated between the Gramercy Park and the East Village areas. The building is primarily composed of many similar hotel-like units.
This private and fully furnished studio apartment comes with all the amenities you might need for your extended stay. Either if you're traveling for school, work or pleasure this will be a great place for your extended stay. Along with a private room with a full-size bed, you get your own kitchen and bathroom that will offer you all the privacy you need!
This studio apartment is fully furnished and ready to move-in. Kitchen comes with plenty of cabinet space, a mini fridge with freezer compartment, electric two-burner stove, sink, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pots, pans, bowls, plates and utensils.
Private bathroom with a shower will definitely help you relax after a long day! Toilet paper and mini toiletries (soap bar, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) will be provided only once at check-in.
Sleeping area was designed to give you the most space and comfort without compromising any amenities. You have plenty of room around the bed and the ergonomic workspace will make any job easier and more pleasurable.
Please note that the speed of the Internet connection may be slowed down at times.
For nights out, the Union Square area and the East Village have a lot to offer with theme bars such as the Beauty Bar or Coyote Ugly Saloon. Of course, you can find almost anything in Manhattan, so there are plenty of elegant wine bars or stylish lounges as well.
If, however, you prefer a quiet evening, you can go watch a movie at the theater located just a few blocks away. New York receives many unique films that other cities are not lucky enough to even hear about!
If you wish to go around town and discover Manhattan’s other neighborhoods, there are two subway stations close to the apartment: 3rd Avenue station on 14th Street with the L line, and the Union Square Station with the 4, 5, 6, N, Q and R lines.

Apartment worked great for its purpose. Not roomy or luxurious in any sense of the words, but was suitable for a month. |

This apartment and the people operating it made my move to NYC very easy. It's hard to determine what to bring and where you want to finally settle in NYC if you are not already there. The flexibility of staying here made that transition easy. |
