Overall a very good apartment. It did look exactly like the pictures. In particular I liked the wooden floors and the nice bathroom. The bedroom is large with lots of closet space. The rooftop terasse is also really cool and available to everyone in the building. I never met the owner in person but whenever I had a question I got an answer the same day. If I come back to New York I would like stay in the same apartment. |

The apartment is beautifully located, well furnished and contains all necessary amenities. Very important, that it is quiet enough. Air conditioning is good, size and space are well enough for two person. For long stays it would be good to provide more comfortable sleeping place in the living room. The bed itself is rather good. |

Thank you so much for the great review. This unit has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Unfortunately sleeper sofas do not give the same comfort as a regular bed does. |

The apartment was very good. The laundry services could have been better. I had a couple of problems with them (such as card reader not working and doors being locked) |

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay in the apartment. I wish that you had informed me about the laundry difficulties you had. The hours that the laundry room is open are clearly posted on the door. If by chance the room was locked during these hours I hope you contacted the front desk. As for the card reader not working properly, I have informed the management company. |
