This room is set up as a studio space, furnished with a double size bed and a dining table and shelves on one end, and two sofas and a cable-equipped television on the other. Two high powered ceiling fans cool the space and two windows with southeastern exposure allow in light, looking onto the street. There is a shared bathroom with a shower on the same floor.

The C Train is 4 blocks away and will take you into Manhattan. There is also a G subway station nearby, about 5 blocks, which will connect you to Upper Brooklyn and Queens.
