This is a great apartment. It's a nice space, very clean and open with great lighting. The furniture provided is well-kept, the bathroom and bedroom are clean, and the space is generally pleasant. Two things to note are that the apartment does not come with a full kitchen, only a mini-fridge and countertop stove. There are also some issues with noise in the building, particularly from the neighbors living upstairs. They frequently play music or TV on loudspeakers that echo through the building, which makes it unpleasant and difficult to relax for those living directly below. Besides these two issues, as mentioned it's a great place to stay. |

Tanya is one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of being a tenant of. Every issue was addressed quickly. She made sure the house was always clean. I had a pretty lengthy stay and rarely saw any bugs. |

The room is quite spacious, comfortable and bright. The house is located in a quiet, clean and beautiful neighborhood. It has 2 subway lines nearby that connect directly to Manhattan (lines C and G) as well as cheap supermarkets and laundromats. The owner of the house is always available to answer any questions. If you are looking for a stay in a good room, in an quite and beautiful zone and good treatment with the owner of the house, this is undoubtedly the ideal. |
