Prospect Heights is a neighborhood that is just north of Prospect Park. Prospect Park one of Brooklyn's largest parks and is often equated as the central park of Brooklyn. Clinton Hill is an academic area with both Pratt Institute and the Brooklyn Academy of Music within its confines.
Fort Greene right next to Clinton Hill is only minutes from Manhattan and is in the New York State records as a Historic Landmark District. The areas of Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill and Fort Greene have apartment share offerings mainly in townhouses.
