The shared living room has a simple and clean interior design. A large window brightens the room, and a double-sized futon faces the mounted flat screen cable TV. A sleek black dining table accommodates 6 guests, A/C ensures the upmost comfort during the summer months, and two ceiling fans offer lighting. The living room leads into the shared kitchen. The rent is pretty decent for NY standards. It's about a 12 Minute walk to the A and C train, and 16 minutes to the J train. The house itself is not special but it's located in the historical district of Bed-Stuy. There are many small supermarkets and delis within walking distance. |

Daria, thank very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment location, and that you felt very comfortable there. We contacted the owner to let him know about the cleanliness and that you could easily hear your roommate conversations when you were in your bedroom. We hope you had a wonderful time in Bed-Stuy! |

The quality/price ratio is low for this apartment. First of all, it's not very clean, the furnitures are poor, especially for the room where linens, blankets and pillows are not included. In the kitchen the furnitures are either broken or old and not very clean. In terms of noise, the owner's children scream every day, no matter what time of day and the neighbour upstairs is not respectful and makes a lot of noise, especially at night. |
