Situated in one of Paris’s most exclusive districts dominated by two great streets, the fashionable Avenue des Champs Elysees and the elegant Rue Saint Honore. The Avenue des Champs Elysees- the world’s most famous promenade, pointing from the Place de la Concorde like a broad, straight arrow to the Arc de Triomphe at the far end. Along the exclusive Rue Saint Honore is the impressive Palais de l’Elysees, sumptuous mansions and embassies. The entire district is abounded with many points of interest. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.

This 40m2 (approx sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 20th century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a courtyard. Then a second gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall with staircase.
The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen. A sliding door opens into the bedroom. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The 20m2 (approx 230 sq ft) living room has a window with northern exposure and a window with western exposure, both overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a stereo, a dining table and chairs as well as a console surmounted by a TV.
The 7m2 (approx 75 sq ft) bedroom has a window with western exposure overlooking the a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a closet and a decorative fireplace.
The bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a washer combo dryer.
There is also a separate toilet.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with two gas burners, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker.
Heat and hot water are both in gas.
For convenient travel around Paris the closet metro stations are Saint Augustin (line 9) and Gare Saint Lazare (lines 3, 12 & 13).
