Tastefully decorated and sober 65m2 one bedroom apartment situated between Avenue Hoche and Rue de Monceau, an elegant district including, a few steps away, the royal Parc Monceau. It is also very close to one of the most visited monuments in France, the “Arc de Triomphe” and to the famous Champs Elysées Avenue. This area offers number of elegant shops and fine restaurants. Neighboring, there are two traditional well-known open-air markets on rue Poncelet, and rue de Levy.
Located on the fourth floor of an upstanding modern building, it is equipped with an elevator, a security system, and an intercom. It also has a full time caretaker.
Northeast exposed, and facing the street, it is very calm thanks to the double-glazed windows and French door, this last one opening to a little balcony.
Most walls are wood paneled, some covered with floor to ceiling made-to-measure bookshelves, some others, as well as the ceiling, are white painted in a pleasant Italian technique, and the floor is all carpeted excepted in the tiled kitchen and two bathrooms. As all windows are double glazed, the apartment has a sensible sound isolation.
Entering the apartment is a corridor hall with a bathroom, a small built in closets to the right side. Facing, the 20m2 living room is enlightened by two windows protected by off white blinds. There are a design wood and marble dining table and chairs, a double sofa bed, a square seat, a coffee table, and wall-to-wall bookcases.
In the living room, separated by a wooden sliding door, the nice and practical kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a traditional oven and microwaves oven, a fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. On the granite worktop there are an express coffeemaker, and the stainless steel sink. All necessary kitchen utensils are put away in the cupboards.
Also separated by sliding doors the 20m2 bedroom has a king-size bed, a bedside lamp and a standard lamp, bookshelves, and a sofa. Light white curtains screen the windows opening to the street. To the right side a little built in closet is placed in a tiny open space, which may serve as office room.
Next, the corridor leads to the second bathroom in which is installed the washing-drying machine. Both bathrooms enclose a bathtub with showerhead (the one close to the entrance is protected by a glass screen, the other one has no protection), washbasin, separated toilets, and closets.
The nearest metro station is Courcelles (line 2). Among others, bus lines N° 22, 28, 30.
