Paris Apartment - Studio in Champ de Mars - Eiffel Tower (PA-2394)

This apartment is located a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower settled in the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, as well as from the Seine River. Opposite, beyond the Seine River, the Trocadero Place shows the Palais de Chaillot built for the International Exhibition in 1937, housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum and the Humain Being Museum. The esplanade offers the most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion stores and convenience shops, selected restaurants and cafes are to be found in the neighborhood.

The 45m2 studio apartment is bright due to its west and south exposure. It is located on the 4th floor of an early 20th century building equipped with a security system and full time caretaker. The apartment faces a courtyard garden, has 2,60m high ceilings, white walls and a wall-to-wall rattan carpet.

The L-shaped corridor, right after the main door features some decorative items that are placed in the wall niche. It also has spotlights built into the ceiling.

The dressing room and the kitchen are on the right; the living room, bathroom and separate toilet on the left.

The 18m2 living room is decorated with wooden consoles and floor lamps on both sides of the 140cm wide double sofa bed. There are also a varnished drop leaf table with an armchair, a cabinet with TV, a VCR and DVD player, a stereo, as well as a polished floor lamp, wall paintings and a telephone.

The window with curtains is protected by outside shutters and opens onto the building’s private courtyard garden.

Roomy and well equipped, the eat-in-kitchen is furnished with a square metallic dining table and four metallic chairs. It has two windows overlooking the courtyard garden.

It is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a microwave oven, a small fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a white sink, an electric kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. Cabinets below and above the worktop contain the necessary utensils. The washing machine is in the kitchen, as well.

The bathroom is set up with a bathtub with handheld showerhead protected by a glass screen, a white washbasin fit onto a marble top with wall-to-wall mirror above and cabinets below. It has a window.
