Located between Avenue d'Italie and Avenue de Choisy, this studio apartment overlooking Paris roofs is just two metro stations away from Place d'Italie with one of the biggest movie screens in France and a large shopping mall. Not far from there, you will be able to visit the 'Jardin des Plantes', which is Paris' botanical garden with its zoo and the National Museum of Natural History. Moreover you are in the center of Paris in less than a 15 minutes metro ride. It is also a few blocks away from the Chinese area with its numerous restaurants and general food stores, as well as cafes and other sorts of shops and services in this dynamic and multicultural area.

The apartment faces Paris with a view on the Montparnasse Tower. It has a northern exposure.

The entry door opens into the kitchen. On the right-hand side is the main room and on the left-hand side is the bathroom.

The 15m² (approx. 160 sq.ft.) living room has a double glazed French window and linoleum floor. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a folding table with two stools, a TV, a bookcase, a wooden rack and some built-in closets. It is also equipped with a microwave.

There is also an access to a 4m² (approx .45 sq.ft.) balcony.

The separate kitchen has a skylight. It is equipped with a fridge, two electric hotplates, a microwave, a stainless-steel sink, a toaster and a coffee maker.

The bathroom has a window, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower and a toilet.

There is also a washing machine combo dryer.

Heating and water heater are collective with the building.
