Nice 18m2 studio apartment located on the almost pedestrian and commercial Rue Cler in the Ecole Militaire area at only a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower and Invalides.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of the Eiffel Tower and not far from the parks of the Champs de Mars adjacent to the Ecole Militaire monument, and the beautiful Esplanade des Invalides adjacent to the glorious Hotel des Invalides which building was decided by Louis XIV in 1670 in the aim of housing and taking care of the old disabled soldiers.

On the left bank by the Seine River, the impressive Musee d’Orsay, and the National Assembly are at a walking distance. The streets in the vicinity abound with smart fashion shops, in vogue restaurants and cafes, art galleries, cinemas, and markets.

This studio apartment is located on the third floor with elevator of a well-maintained end of 19th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom. The exposure is west and it faces an inner courtyard. The walls are white painted and there is wooden floor almost everywhere.

The apartment is divided as follows : when you enter it is a small entry hall opening onto the 15m2 living room and its open eat-in kitchen. Facing the entry door is a bathroom and toilet.

The living room has a window and is decorated with a sofa bed (140 wide), two lamps, a coffee table, a large closet with mirror on top, a cable TV, a stereo and a telephone.

The open kitchen is all tiled and has a bar section with two high stools, a small fridge, two vitro ceramic burners, a microwave, a sink, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The bathroom is all tiled and fitted with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror and an electric toilet.

The nearest metro station is Ecole Militaire (line 8).

The apartment is in a great location. The owner is very kind and helpful. At times it can be noisy because quite a few of the apartments are rented to tourist who arrive at all hours of the day. Be aware that it faces a very small courtyard. i recommend the apartment for more of a short term stay especially if you're out and about most of the day.

Hello Marco,

Thank you for this comments which will enable me to make some improvements to the apartment. I will make sure the front door is better soundproofed in order to avoid the noise coming from the neighbors.

The courtyard is small, but clean, white and very bright. There is no facing window.

This apartment with courtyard is ideally peaceful, as the street where the building is located is a pedestrian area with many shops, meaning it is a very pleasant and dynamic neighborhood, but also a bit noisy.

The previous tenants liked the apartment and the neighborhood, and stayed from 2 months to 2 years.
