This fully furnished studio apartment is located in the the Marais area, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. The apartment is on the 1st floor (2nd floor for Americans) of a 5-story walk-up building. To enter the building, you will have to pass through a nice courtyard.

This 18 sqm apartment features modern furniture to meet all your needs. The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, a toaster and even a washing machine. There is a double size sofa bed and a small dining table in front of the windows. The living area is also includes a large closet and a stereo system.

This furnished accomodation is located on Rue Saint Antoine in the Marais, a well-known neighborhood in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. This neighborhood offers a lot of shops, international and local restaurants, museums and trendy cafes.

One block north of the apartment, you will find the charming Place des Vosges built during the 17th century by Henri IV. This planned square is the perfect place to relax by sitting on the grass, enjoying the view and escaping from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you are more interested in art and history, you can visit the art galleries found in the residences surrounding this grassy square. Here lived many historical personalities such as the world famous novelist, Victor Hugo, at number 6 which is now a museum : Maison de Victor Hugo.

4 blocks east of the apartment is the Place de la Bastille, symbol of the French Republic and one of the city's most important points of interest. Le Marais is definitely a neighborhood full of history and attractions.

The nearest subway station is Saint-Paul, serving Line 1 and located a little more than 1 block west of the apartment.
