The best owner I ever had! He is so nice, helpful, caring, I've felt like it was my home since the first day. If I would have to come back, I would try to rent this place again. |

I stayed at this apartment from January until June, and I could not have asked for a better place to stay! |

I enjoyed my 4 month stay in the apartment, the owner was very welcoming and ready to make my stay more comfortable. The apartment is clean and there is a laundry around the corner. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, but it is true that there are often people in the streets and it can be noisy at night. Perhaps one of the drawbacks of my room was the lack of natural light. |

Owner very nice and welcoming, great experience. The apartment interior and amnesties are great and modern. Only downside si the neighbourhood location, it can get loud at night. Public transport is very close by, easy to get out and about. |

Thanks a lot for rating and reviewing your apartment share Ryan. We are so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed your rental experience in New York even if this lively neighborhood can also mean it can get loud. We hope the proximity of public transport made up for it. Thank you also for pointing you enjoyed the apartment interior and amenities and for saying how nice and welcoming the owners have been. |

I had an excellent stay -- the apartment was as described on the website. The owner was very helpful, and his kindness made my stay enjoyable. I never felt unsafe in the neighborhood, and everything I could need (laundromat, groceries) was right around the corner. The apartment itself was generally clean and well-maintained, though the shower and kitchen area (refrigerator and microwave in particular) could use a scrubbing. The room itself was as described -- my only critique would be that during the heatwaves of summer, the window AC unit was loud and not powerful enough. |

Felix thank you so much for your ratings and review. I wish you would have asked us about the issues, everything would have been solved right away. We try to keep the apartment as clean as possible, but when is not as clean as expected you can always let us know and we act at the moment. The AC can be adapted to increase or decrease the temperature and speed, manually and by remote. We also changed the AC filter. So a little question could have helped you feel more comfortable. Thank you again, it was great having you here! |

Among the positive points of the apartment: very very clean and very tidy common areas, the owner is an excellent host, he did everything he could to welcome me nicely. For instance, when I arrived after a long journey, he bought me some water and offered me something to eat until I was able to do grocery shopping, that was very thoughtful. The only drawback in this bedroom (and the apartment) is that there is not much natural light. |

It was a treat to have met Charlotte. Her prompt and specific communication as well as her pleasant nature and easygoing demeanor and tidiness make her the ideal roommate. As she accurately mentioned, the lack of natural light in the apartment may not be perfect, but thankfully there are plenty of other light sources. |
