I stayed in this apartment while studying in Paris. You can not ask for a better location, it is central to where you want to be, trust me! The building is a great building, however there is difficulty with the elevator from time to time. The apartment itself is small, but livable in my opinion. |

The view and location are incredible. The owner is amicable, but not the most responsible landlord. He had promised to install an internet connection into the room, which he never did in the 8 months I was there. Fortunately, the neighbors were very nice and shared. |

The internet has been checked and works well now. The owner explained that there is a safety precaution, that makes electricity shut off when water spills on stovetop. |
