In the heart of Paris, this cozy studio apartment is located in the 2nd arrondissement. It’s only a few meters away from the pedestrian Montorgueil street and neighborhood, which is lined with open vegetable and fish stands, specialty shops, and a variety of restaurants to give you an authentic Parisian experience during your stay. Located on the 3rd floor (equivalent to 4th American floor) of an 18th century walk-up building, this apartment will make you feel right at home.
This 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) studio has crisp white walls and two double-glazed windows that open up to a stone courtyard, all of which give it an open and airy feel. Exposed wooden beams run across the apartment ceiling contrasting its stark interior and adding warmth to the living space while the exposed stone walls and traditional tomette tiled floor add a rustic flavor to this metropolitan apartment.
The open kitchen area is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a stove-top for convenient meals, and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a small bar and is furnished with a dining table and chairs, shelves, and a built-in closet. The double-size sofa bed allows you to maximize your space when hanging out in the apartment. You will also have access to a flat-screen cable TV. The bathroom is walled with light-blue tiles giving it a relaxed tone and is complete with a shower, toilet, a washbasin and mirror, and an electric towel-drying rack.
Paris has long been known as a fashion capital of the world and with Paris’ largest shopping mall located about 700m (.4 miles) away from the studio apartment, this location is perfect for anyone looking to go home with their bags full! However, if you prefer museums and main attractions to Chanel and Hermès, this apartment also puts you a short walking distance away from major attractions such as the Seine, the Centre Georges Pompidou, and the Louvre.
It’s also located only a block away from main subway lines like Sentier (line 3) and about 500m (.3 miles) away from Etienne Marcel (line 4) if you’re ready to explore even more of Paris!

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was in perfect working order. Clean great apartment in an outstanding building. Would recommend to anyone. The owner, Bruno, was a great landlord and easy to work with. I have nothing but great things to say about my stay at this apartment. |

The apartment owner was extremely accommodating and very helpful throughout my stay; the apartment was equipped to meet all the needs of a long term stay. The in-suite washer/dryer was definite plus; lack of oven was only slightly inconvenient. I can't think of any aspects needing improvement. |

Jake spent a few months in our small Parisian studio apartment. Everything went perfectly well. He communicated well, paid the rent, respected the place... I would recommend Jake to any owner. Looking forward to welcome you again. Bruno. |
