This furnished studio apartment in an 18th century building is situated in the Les Halles neighborhood of the 1st arrondissement of Paris. Located on the topmost floor of a six floor building (equivalent to the American 7-story), this south-facing apartment provides incredible views of the city with its garden terrace. Thanks to its level in the apartment, one will be able to enjoy privacy without compromising environment. Inside you will find an open space that features high exposed beam ceilings, multiple remote-controlled skylights and serene white walls. Antique details can be found on the doors throughout the apartment, which adds to its classic Parisian charm. If a larger grocery shopping is needed, a Carrefour City and a Monoprix are just a few metro stops away on the 3 and the 14. A little over a 800-meter (1/2 mile) walk southwest will bring you right to the Louvre and a walk of the same distance to the southeast will bring you to Île de la Cité where Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle can be found. Right next to Le Louvre are the beautiful Tuileries Gardens; on a warm day you can find Parisians of all ages sunning themselves around one of the many fountains or playing bocce ball in the shade.
