It is ideally situated on a little street in Saint Germain des Près with many popular fashion shops, as well as antique shops, bookshops, cinemas, excellent restaurants and cafes, nice open-air markets and supermarkets. The Luxembourg gardens in one direction and Montparnasse in the other are within easy walking distance.

The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a hall with a concierge office. The entrance is at the end of the hall on your left.

The apartment opens into a corridor with the bathroom on your left. The main room with its open kitchen is straight ahead.

The main studio has a 3m (9,85 ft.) high ceiling and parquet floor. The window is double glazed, overlooks the courtyard and has curtains, as well as shutters. It is furnished with a double size ceiling Murphy bed, a coffee table, a sofa, a pouf, a chest and a counter with two stools.
