Review by: Christina L., Sep 06 2015 From: United States, Apartment Rental: 12 months |
Lived there a full year. It was difficult dealing with the landlord. Asked to pay for services without submission of bills and receipts. Repairs to the apartment that should have lasted 2 weeks took over two months. Water pressure is low and hot water heater not working well. Internet/Wifi kept dropping regularly. Did not renew lease because of this. |

Thank you for choosing my apartment Christina. First, I would like to inform you that I hosted dozens of guests in this apartment, who stayed at least a year and were very happy. After spending 10 months in the apartment, you renewed your lease for another year. However, I informed you that I still intended to renovate the kitchen, as I told you before, as soon as the apartment would be available. |
