We had a really nice stay here! The managers are nice, easy to reach and quick to respond. The living space felt decently large for a NY apartment at this price point, well maintained and cleaned. It was very quiet almost all of the time except for two or three loud parties with Latin music in a building nearby. As a European I loved the huge fridge and the gas stove but missed an electric kettle (there's one in the apartment now). The bathroom doesn't have an outlet so I had to feed my razor charger through the door which was a bit funny. Target and Trader Joe's are close by and had almost everything I wanted to buy extra for the place.

Great spot. The neighbor played the Piano pretty loud a few hours a day but other than that, great spot.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The place was clean and quiet.

Being a transient guest, I would have appreciated a shopping cart/bag/trolley with wheels that I could borrow. Carrying our grocery items from the store to the house, as well as our laundry, was quite difficult. There were times when we have to do several trips to do our grocery or our laundry.

Other than this, we had a great time. The apartment was conveniently located for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay and the managers of the property were quick to help whenever we had a question or a problem, however I do believe the property could be a bit better maintained, for example paint peeling from the ceiling, the bedroom is like a prison cell and could afford a bit of decoration on the walls, the kitchen lacked a few utensils (eg no frying pan) but besides that we loved the location and it was clean.

Further to this review, we contacted the owner of this apartment who confirmed that he has added a coat of paint to the ceiling to freshen up the apartment. More kitchenware has been added to the apartment so that enough is provided for table settings for 3 people plus supplies to cook.
