The condition of the apartment was very good. The super was very helpful replacing a faulty air-conditioner on the day I moved in. I appreciated the microwave, but would have liked some microwave cookware to accompany it. Since I rented the apartment for only a month, some basic cleaning materials for the toilet, floors, sinks and dishes would have been nice as would a summary of the available TV stations, some basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper and sugar, and fresh batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. |
