Everything was alright, but a few more clothes hangers would be useful |

The internet service in the building was unavailable for the majority of the time. |
Answer by: Apartment Owner Apr 26 2013 |
Thank you for taking the time to write this comment Laurie. The Internet speed has been increased from 10MB to 30MB and is working much faster. We have no more complaints about the speed, and liability of this complementary service. |

The building staff was very friendly. The last owner, though, had painted the walls, so the apartment looks a bit different than what the photo here shows. |

Thank you for your review, Beatriz. Just to reiterate your point, the prior tenant occupying the apartment was there for 6 months and wanted to change the color of the walls in the apartment. She was given permission and made the change. Because you arrived the same day she departed, we did not have time to repaint. |

The apartment met all my expectations this summer. The building was safe and the super was very receptive to helping with any situation. My only issues had to do with sporadic internet access and a mouse that was in the apartment. Overall, it was a great apartment in a fun area that seemed very safe, and any issues were dealt with. |
