Apartment Rental: 2 months

The apartment is super-conveniently located, just steps from the L and very close to Union Square.
There are a seemingly infinite number of great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within the immediate vicinity as well.

The apartment itself is well maintained and has both a serviceable kitchen and clean bathroom. Also the AC unit does a great job of keeping the place cool.
But a word of warning: the apartment is very small. Also, it could use some more dresser / closet space. WIth two people, it becomes a fight for space to put clothes. And the bedroom is almost literally just that - a room with a bed. It's so small that you can't open the closet door all the way because it bangs into the bed.

All that being said, if you're fine with a very cozy living situation, it works fine for two people.
