Wonderful place for a stay of a few months. Quiet, secure, good gas stove/oven and fridge. Great communication with owner and super, both were very responsive and happy to help with any questions I had. |

I really enjoyed staying here. Small, but perfect for a short term stay. Feels very safe at night. The location is excellent - really fun area in the East Village, close to multiple bars and restaurants, right next to the L train stop off first Ave, and quiet at night. |

This apartment was lovely and we had very little issues. Everything was as described, the apartment was quiet, we always felt safe, and it is close to so many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The A/C worked great for the living room but having the window open and the fan they provided to cool down the bedroom worked pretty well for at least the beginning of summer (May and June). The Wi-Fi is shared with other apartments, which was mentioned, but it was probably the most annoying thing about this place, even with a Wi-Fi extender. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to other renters! |

Thank you for your review Jael. We are happy you enjoyed the apartment and felt safe and comfortable there with the A/C. It is true the WiFi is shared with other apartments, we are sorry if it is slow at times. |

Great location, could not have been better (if the east village is your thing that is). Apartment was nice, but nothing fancy. Bed too soft for my likings, the sofa/couch was not very comfortable to sit in. I was promised wireless internet, but only got a cabel. That worked fine though. Bathroom is small, but that was expected. No a/c but that was no problem this time of year. Window in the bedroom could not be opened, and there was no way to get out on the fire stairs, since the window was behind bars. I wish it would be possible to adjust the heating system. Wilson, the janitor, was VERY nice, always smiling and ready to help. Same with Carmen. Great people! |
