This is an ideal living space having excellent access to student needs. It is a good and vibrant neighborhood with so many amenities, restaurants, and transportation. The landlord of this apartment is friendly and easy to work with. The super was always available and ready to help with anything. The apartment was quiet and if anything could have been better it would have been the view, which is limited to the opposite building brick wall. |

Excellent location. Small but sufficient for 1-2 people. Little natural light. If something breaks, they very quickly fix it for you. Recommended. |

Thanks for everything, my stay was amazing. The apartment was small but very cute. But I'm just one and it was my first apartment alone so, it was perfect for me. The neighborhood was awesome and I really loved it. Thanks to Darell who helped me with everything. |

I enjoyed my stay immensely. I particularly found [my contact at New York Habitat] very easy to work with. She was tremendously helpful. The location of the apartment was very good indeed. |
