Two windows in the kitchen/living area facing west, and one in the bedroom facing south allow in natural light from outside.

Public transportation is particularly convenient with the L train at 1st Avenue just over 1 block away, connecting you to the trendy Williamsburg, Brooklyn, one stop east or to the rest of Manhattan to the west.

The apartment was exactly as it was represented. The unit was clean, updated and provided all the amenities advertised. The building supervisors were always available for any need. The building was clean and constantly monitored. Incredible apartment and service. |

This apartment was good for a short term rental, I would consider this building again if I ever needed to do another short term rental. The location is good, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Target and Trader Joe's is right around the block which is super helpful. Some things to note: this apartment is on the 4th floor walk up building only, no extra amenities, the neighbors can get quite loud (partying, music, etc.), and the radiator heater is pretty loud and very hot in the winter which can't be controlled by tenant. The apartment consisted of most basic necessities that you would need. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. Communication was easy. |

Great location, near the subway line. Apartment building does not have an elevator, so this should be taken into account as apartment is on the 4th floor. |

Location is excellent and although the apartment is very small it gets the job done. The issue is that it is not particularly well-managed by the superintendent. For example, the power would routinely go out, cutting the AV during the hottest times in the summer. |

Location was close to laundry mats, restaurants, and shopping. On several occasions I could hear voices, tv and/or radio from apartment next door late into the night making sleep a bit challenging. The maintenance people, Willy (?) and his wife and family were very nice and pleasant. Overall, I would stay there again. |

Thank you for your rating and comments. I'll let Willy know your feedback, he'll appreciate it. Sorry about the noises, sometimes in NYC is easy to hear our neighbors. You are welcome to comeback at anytime! |

This was my first time using NY Habitat and I was thrilled with everything. The apartment was clean, spacious, and extremely reasonable for all of the amenities that came with it. I had a phenomenal experience and would recommend this apartment and website to anyone who asks. |
